STORE POLICY
Our primary objective is to make you feel like a kid again!...although a lot of people say that they feel old when they tour the store, full of their childhood memories. So, since we have failed at our primary mission, our secondary mission is the continuous maintenance of our ever-changing and evolving pop-art instillation that is our store. Walking into Groovy is like having your culture box you in from all sides and bury you in it's excrement of toys. It's not recommended for the fragile or weak at heart. In a Warhol-ish way, we present pop culture icons, in toy form, by the ton. There is literally too much to look at, and most people are drained from the experience of just looking around. So, since we have failed at our secondary mission, we're hoping just to make a little money from it. Anyway, these are the reasons why we do what we do and we like what we do. Therefore, our policy is simple: We want every customer to be completely happy with their purchases from Groovy! We will do our best to answer your e-mail questions promptly and satisfactorily. We know how risky it can be to purchase merchandise "sight unseen" (especially for collectible items), so we offer complete descriptions and photos to all serious buyers. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will go to great lengths to rectify the situation, resulting in replacing the item, or store credit, or money back. We want you to shop with us again! And we want to spread the joy...err...whatever our third primary mission is. Thus, we promise you a pleasant and friendly purchasing experience.

PAYMENT POLICY
Well, of course we accept cash. However, for you internet buyers, we offer the following options; 1) money order, 2) credit card, 3) check. If you are looking for that special toy, e-mail us with your request, and we will respond the same day (usually). If we have it and you would like to purchase it, e-mail us with your order and mention how you would like to pay. We will notify you that your item is on hold until we receive payment (two weeks max.) If you send a money order, we will ship the next day after receiving it. If you send a check, we must wait until it clears before we can ship your order. (this could take a week or longer.) If you would like to pay via credit card, you can call the store during business hours: Mon.-Sat.,12noon to 7pm, (412) 381-8010, and we'll run your card thru, and ship the next day. For now we do not accept credit cards on this web-site, however, if you don't mind calling the store, we like to talk person to person.
